The public initiative was created with the aim of building another and different moment (compared to the classic, frontal and often the preserve of the people of Bari alone) on the theme of Africa with soccer playing the role of a powerful vector. Manè - Impresa Sociale, promoter of the initiative, as part of its public and free actions for citizenship and in line with its statutory vocation as a social enterprise, identifies the Urban workshop Officina degli Esordi ODE as the natural space where to strengthen an idea of integration and territorial rootedness that cannot disregard the people and the therefore the places that animate a territory. The work done in recent years by ODE, by direction and by its natural geographical location within the Q.re Libertà, crosses Manè's horizon: integration and inclusion are practices and not just utterances.
